  1. I have recently graduated from undergrad at the University of Georgia (UGA) with a degree in Family Financial Planning and Housing. After an internship in the commercial insurance industry and a job as a business analyst at a credit card processing company I am looking to either go back to school or take advantage of my company's tuition assistance program and go to school while I work. If at all possible I would like to work while I am going to school. I have struggled with some learning disabilities in the past but I am a smart guy and would not say that I ever got to a point during undergrad that I thought I was incapable of getting a good grade. (although extra curricular were know to get in the way from to time to time GO DAWGS) My biggest worry is success on the GRE/being able to excel once I get accepted. When in high school before my disability was diagnosed I was only able to achieve an 840 on the SAT. Around my sophomore year of college, when I was getting ready to apply to transfer schools, I took the ACT and did not do much better. After getting into UGA I was discouraged from entering in to the business school because of their MAP test requirements. I feel that while Housing was a bit of a joke major, Family Financial Planning was at least comparable to some of the business majors. I feel that since transferring I have improved greatly and am much more confident in my abilities. I am very proud of what I have accomplished so far however I do not want to stop there. Right now I am considering a masters in business administration, finance, international business, econ, or accounting more or less in that order. My question to the forum is: how much harder would you say post grad is compared to undergrad not from a work standpoint (I have always been a very hard worker) but from an abilities stand point. In other word are you finding that grad school is challenging your mental capacity much more than undergrad did? Also, has anyone had or know people who have had problems with standardized testing and entering into grad school? If so how have you/they dealt with it? Thanks for the help!
