Hi All, I have been in managerial positions, a behavioral trainer and a coach for 12 years...an year back I did my PhD in Psychology on emotional intelligence in adolescence .And now I am in USA ...What should be my next steps. The system for international doctorate holders is very dellamatic. Has anyone gone through this. Please advice. Thank you so very much for your points in advance. Jjune
