I am a full time RA right now and taking it in the fall would be too late for PhD applications. Also in the fall I will probably need to travel for my RA work. Therefore, doing the course in a summer session is the only option for me.

Hi everybody, I am planning on taking real analysis this summer as an asset for econ PhD applications. Which universities offer real analysis in the summer. I could only find a few, and none in the Boston area. It would be great if we could compile a list of real analysis courses for the summer session of 2012 here. The programs I know of are: 1. UC Berkley (unfortunately already full) 2. Columbia (https://courseworks.columbia.edu/cms/public/mainpage.cfm?crs=MATHS4061_001_2012_2). Is modern analysis real analysis? A Professor tole me told me that BU offers a real analysis summer course. However, as far as I can tell that is not true (Mathematics Courses | Summer Courses List | Boston University Summer Term). Thanks!
