  5. I have TOEFL iBT exam on 25 th of August, that is my first attempt, but I really need a score near 100... I am happy to see you here, cause you are going to take the exam on 25 th of August also, as I understood... I wanted to find someone, who was taking the test or who had some experience, but unfortunately could not. :( You can add me in skype or facebook. My skype: mik.hope; facebook: Mik Hope. May be we could help each other. I can not afford for private tutor. Now my advices: Since your scores are pretty high, I think that you yourself can get the desired score through practicing and being calm (never nervous and anxious that something will not happen as you want them to be. Everything will be alright.). I am not a native speaker. I advice you to find native speakers and practise with them. Probably you have books. Softwares. Go on. Do exercises from them. 1 month is enough for you. You really can get the desired score, I think.

  7. #1.1 The lecture isabout the possible effects of rewards with respect to work results. According to the lecture, sometimes rewardsnegatively affect to workers' performances in their jobs. One of the severalmain disadvantages of rewards is that workers feel manipulated; the secondmajor one is that they rarely get the expected reward, they think they deserve. As a result, a reward may result in demotivation rather than increasedmotivation and therefore workers may fail to reveal their abilities well enoughwhile working. The passage talksmainly about the positive aspects of rewards. According to the passage, severalresearches exist, which state that rewards always increase workers performances, furthermore this increase in partially due to the increased productivity. Onething that is important and worth considering is the relationship between a rewardand a performance. Rewards should be proportional to workers' performances andin this case, motivational effect would be significant. So, the lectureand the passage kind of fill each other. #1.2 Childhood is thehappiest time of a person’s life. To my mind, childhood really can be considered as the happiest time of a person's life. Ofcourse, each period of a human differs from each other and certainly they havetheir happy and sad periods. Comparing happy moments of life with each other isnot easy matter and therefore to conclude that one period is happier, than theother one is quite difficult. Fortunately, we can compare the number of happymoments of different periods in our lives. Somebody may havea question? How can a person compare quantities of happy moments of differentperiods in their life, when they do not remember the exact numbers? Ultimateanswer to this question probably even do not exist, but generally (takingnormal development of a person's life - not extremely poor childhood, adulthood), childhood appears to bethe winner by these numbers. Childhood is the happiesttime due to several reasons. The one and, to my mind, the major factor is thatchildren generally have ''no worries'', they even do not know, what life is;They think that they will have parents and other their lovely people forever; They do not worry about food, because they have it and consider that they willalways have it (because, to their mind, to have food forever is a normalmatter). Children have a lot of free time, they can spend it with their parents, their friends; they do not experience time limitations. They have no ordinaryproblems, such as: keeping families; paying taxes; maintaining the jobs; if nothaving one, then finding it, etc. In conclusion, due to above mentioned reasons, I really consider childhood as the happiesttime of a person's life for its careless nature.
