Thank you busybee3. I took the GRE, and I am planning to retake it next month. Thank you evergreen. Yes I know my GPA in undergrad is low. I don't really know my class ranking. I got my Undergrad from Saudi Arabia back in 2004. Will this low GPA affect my admission a lot? and is there anyway to strengthen it? and yes as I mentioned above, they are GRE percentile. I am retaking the test next month. I have been studying the GRE a lot and I even took the Kaplan course. Yes they are just lit reviews. Will that help in the admission? I guess not. Ok. I will make sure that all my LORs are from my professors. My research interest generally is around the media effect on consumer behavior's buying decision. I applied at USC, UCI, UCLA, NYU, RUTGERS, USF, UCF, UT Austin, and UT Arlington.

New Member- I am an international Grad Looking for admission in the U.S in PhD in Marketing-Consumer Behavior Age : 29 Undergrad: BS Marketing from King Abdulaziz university. Saudi Arabia. GPA:3.2 Postgrad: MA in Integrated Marketing Communication from California State University, San Bernardino. GPA:3.5 Work Experience : 36 months prior to MA in the National airline in the Marketing dept as a service representative. Then, After MA, 10 months at a cement company as a Marketing coordinator, and then 24 months as a Marketing and Sales manager at an airline caterer company. Research: nothing published, I Have around 3 research papers from my Master's. How can I write while I am not in school any more? any suggestions? GRE: (Quant 49, Verbal 43) LORs: I have my professors from cal state San Bernardino, and I guess they are writing me good lor along with my boss from my last job. I am interested in a Marketing Consumer Behavior PhD. I am looking for avg and safety programs as I didn't get accepted in Fall 2012.. I was looking at Rutgers but it seems like their program is Marketing Models. Pleas advice if anyone knows. I also would like to know if there is anything I can do to strengthen my application, and what are the saftiest Marketing Consumer Behavior programs just in case. p.s: Admission: Prefer Spring 2013 if I couldn't they I will apply again for Fall 2013, Is it a good idea? and Is it easier to get accepted in the Spring or the Fall? Hello everyone, I am an international student looking for an accredited Ph.D program in Marketing in the U.S. I tried to apply for Fall 2012, but unfortunately I didn't get accepted. I heard that there are several Universities offer spring admission for Ph.D in Marketing.
