Eco masters from ISI, Kolkata and MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur. Hope this would help me get through a good place.

Except the first two, all other schools have a average GMAT of 700-710 & according to UT Dallas research rank > 25. So I thought I have good chance. I am pretty strong in quant ( more specifically stat) and would have good recommendations. GPA is 3.3/4. I am planning to apply for 15 schools. So, please suggest.

I hold a Masters in Economics from the best school in India and MBA from a premier b-school in India. I am applying for PhD in marketing this year. I did not get a good GMAT score though got 50 in Quant. I am not keen on top schools, so not thinking of giving GMAT again. I am married and hence looking for a school where I would not need to compromise on the living standard too much - that means either high stipend or low cost of living or both ! And of-course a decent school. Please let me know your comments on the following schools. And please add to the list.
