Hi, I got a 300 on the GRE, 2.4 GPA for my under grad and 3.3 for my grad. I got an electrical engineering degree. I want to apply for a PhD program for Industrial Engineering. Any suggestions?

Hi, I made the same mistake. I did .35 of 26 = 9.1 but still can't understand where you got the assumption from (that 65%)? thank you for your help..
