Being allowed to work in the states...you will find a paid internship for sure....any pharmacy can have you...just have to follow the state boards guidelines
I am almost 100% sure that you will have to take FPGEE. But being a US citizien will be very easy for you to find an internship. It took me two weeks and i have a green card but i dont live in a superpopulated state. So if you dont find in NY you do it somewhere else and then transfer your license.
If the translator is certified he knows. He has to make a certified page with his credentials. The safest way if you are in the US is to find a court interpreter to do it. be careful because i had to do it twice because the first place i toolk it did not have acredited personel and NABP are very strict. Also every page of the translation should be signed and with the date of translation by the translator ( no stamp, signature).
