Yes, there's a new section at the top of the main menu that says "Admission Type: Admit with Financial Reward" and links below to the official offer letter and a form to respond to the offer.

Wordpress is another good option for making a website. The finished product looks very polished for something you throw together in an hour. I just made one for MIT.
