How many 4-digit numbers between 5,000 and 10,000 are odd number? (A)200 (B)400 ©1000 (D)2500 (E)3000 I got 400 which is chose B, but I am not sure, So i am asking you guys how you do that correctly. And please give me a tips doing this type of counting digits question. Thanks for everyone helped !
