help if anyone can !!!

Hi i am planning to give fpgee in sep 2013 , I had already send my document to nabp and they have replied me stating that spelling on my application form does not match the spelling on my degree, trancripts and registration so they want me re issue degree and transcript as the spelling on my passport and degree slightly differ. What should I do next I have got an affidavit for it from my university would that be enough ? Does any one else have same sort of problem or know anything about it? Please help me ...!! Also is good standing letter be enough or a photocopy of registration should also be send with it.. Please reply i need help..

hello i am planning to sit in sept 2013 for fpgee so for that i want to ask how many copies of proof of degree is required plus should i sent photocopy of my pharmacy degree (sealed) or my orignal pharmacy degree which again should it sealed or not ?? thanks for drawing your attention to the matter
