Friends, any thoughts on Hult International school of Business at Boston ? It is a one year MBA program.

Hello Forum , It can not be denied that for an International student attending good US B-school, Post MBA employment is an issue. Sector wise, Finance & Accounting, Consulting , Marketing lead the placement stats. My educational backgroung (Engg) and work Ex (Oil Industry:OPNS & Logistics) hardly relate to any of these leading fields. Operations / Supply chain Mngmt. / General Mgmnt. even though good options, do not show remarkable placement record. No matter what ur background, aspiration, interset , dream organistion is , the choise of major seems to b driven by what Market needs. Is it not a burden to take up alien Major than something familier, just for the seck of getting Job ? What's the general opinion like ?? Erin I am not sure if I have landed at a right place , or else do the needful.

Hi David I want some serious help in deciding which schools I should apply to. I am an Engineering Graduate frm Mumbai,India with I Class ( 65% ) meaning GPA of round about 3.25 (?) , GMAT 680 ( 47 Q , 35 V ), 5 Yrs of Ex in Oil Industry, in Fortune 500 Co. mainly Operaions & logistics. career progression is good as per PSU policies ! Not much of a notable EC work. looking for Fin or G.Mgmt My Initial Array of schools include : ISB ,LSB , Queen's Chicago , Michigan, NYU, Carnegie Mellon, Cornell , UCLA , Kelly , Purdue , Emory , Fisher ,Minnesota & Maryland. Total : 15 :crazy: Only couple in Top 10 , a bunch in 15-20 and few among top 30. can you help me to compress this list ? Do I look a bit overambitious ? Thanks
