Or the channel's rates were hiked recently. In different states, mothe tongues are differnt and hence no one language can be taught to all students from didfffernt states. In capital cities, which are well established, parents usully have the finiancial aid to allow their children for home tuitions or any kind of extra help. This helps students to grasp the cirriculum better in much lesser time. On the other hand, in rural areas, where childeren after reaching back home after school have to help their parents in running business/ agricukture, the cirriculum might progress in a slower pace. An appropriate cirriculum in such cases then becomes the one that takes into consideration such small but important factors in mind and is designed for the best welfare of it's children who are the next generation country's policity mkers.
