Do you have any idea of what the conversion rate is post the interview - how many did the interview? Are u in PHD Finance

Can somebody please guide what is their conversion rate post interview. Has anyone heard or has been interviewed so far?

Its difficult to convert it to a scale of 4 - but crudely it would be ~3 but in India GPA's in general are lower.

Hi, This is my 1st post - I am applying for PhD in Finance in fall 2014. After applying to 12-13 programs (Top 10: 4, Top 10-40: 6) I am sweating if that would be enough? So could you please help with a brief evalustion of my profile: AGE - 31 GMAT - 730 (Q-50, V-38, AWA:5, IR:8) TOEFL - 111 (Speaking 24) BTECH Electrical Engineering - IIT Kharagpur - GPA - 7.1 PGDM - IIM Lucknow - GPA - 7.1 Work ex - Equity research analyst - 6 years - at top global investment banks. I know my GPA is on the lower side but what are my chances with decent recos from 3 proffs.
