Hey guys - long story short: been working in finance for two years, two strong recs from econ faculty in my top 5 uni, aced GRE, but have noisy grades at top 5 uni, albeit in upward sloping grade progression. Don't mean for this post to sound pedantic, but want to know if lower-end of my grades from freshman/sophomore year shoot my chances at top programs. Thanks again everyone -
