Topic: Nowadays more and more young people hold the important positions in the government. Some people think that it is a good thing，while others argue that it is not suitable. Discuss both these views and give your opinion. There is an increasing trend that young people are holding many vital positions in the authority. While it can be argued that this is a negative tendency, I believe that the benefits would outweigh the drawbacks. There are several reasons why people saying that young people holding important positions is detrimental. The young people are often assumed that do not have many experiences and understanding as the elderly. Sometimes they can not hold their temper and will have elated decisions, which may affect the whole system. Since politics is a complex environment that requires those involved to have ingenious management over circumstances. This is something that the young ones lack of and need more time to watch-and-learn. Despite the argument above, I believe that young politicians' contributions will have more of beneficial impacts. Firstly, this workforce will be newly graduated, their knowledge are up-to-date and their ideas are close to the needs of young generation citizens. Secondly, these young people will still have a whole future ahead so that they can follow and be responsible for their long-term projects or ideas, while the older people might need to retire soon. In addition, who would be more energetic and enthusiastic than the young people. These people get engage in the government system are normally have strong will and are full of spirits to help develop their country.
