Secondly,some students simply studies hard because they like the teacher so as to please them with good performance. Same way,students who dislike a particular teacher develops some apathy towards the subject. Here,the teacher cannot be held responsible. Thirdly,some students go to private tuitions apart from school. So in some cases,the tuition teacher may be responsible for the good scores and not the school teacher. In contradiction to these points,if the teachers salaries are based on the students academic performance some teachers may try to get good performance by every means. Some may follow the good and others any possible ways may be bad too. Some teachers will try to improve their teaching so as it easier for students to grap the subject and start giving extra attention and details to weaker students to bring at par their performance with the good ones. This is for the good way out. But may be in some cases,teachers start a wrong way to give good performance. They may start to leak question papers,take bribes to change marks and all so that the weak performance wont affect their reputation or salary. Lastly,some people are good at teaching and explaining things to others by innate. If this practice is to be followed these group of people will be at the advantage no matter even if they have very good degrees or not.And some though they have good or higher degrees they cannot make others understand and so less salary for them even if they have higher degree. Hence,qualification will not be factor for salary. So,students perfomance should not be considered as the sole factor for teachers salary though the progress and achievements of the students be considered as a good sign in the teachers career.

The fact that Alpasa coat,which was very famous and people loved it was the story of five years ago. As fashion trends quickly changes,there is a possibility that the crazes of overcoats are over and people no longer prefer wearing them. It may be considered as an archaic too.So,even if the company starts manufacturing them the once loyal customers may not be interested in repeating the trend again. Five years is enough for any clothing company to blossom. In this span,many companies may have stared manufacturing overcoats and some may even have loyal customers. People might preferred wearing only the products from a specific firm always. As a result,there will be more competition in the market. Of course,loyals to Sartorian may still be there but in the time span they may have started using other’s product as it was not available. As the president states the material required for the production of Aplasa coat’s are now available,he did not says the pricing of the material. The price of any material greatly affects the final price of a product. Inflation results in increase of all materials year after year.If the material price is increased from the previous supplier,the price of the coat will also be increased consequently. Also, he has not whether the materials were same with the previous or not. People may be liking the overcoat because of the specific wool they used in making it. A detailed data is required in this context. The president has not stated actually how many customers created an outcry when the Alpasa overcoat were discontinued. This number matters the liking of the product. Hence,to conclude, it cannot be decided whether starting manufacturing of Alpasa’s overcoat will bring profit to the company or not.
