Rsaylors: I want to have and experience excellent research life with excellent prof and courses. I'm not the man that seeking prestige. The research interest that I said previously, those school are in the top ranking. I just said profile evaluation in my post. So you and others explain some very good points(like IJQRM), may be I asked question in another way: if I want to continue my research life in top school (reasons that I said)with my profile, is there any chance? I want to publish another article in IJHRM, is this the right way to distinguish myself? Or not? If this is wrong way, what is the right ways? Please tell me the right way?

:upset: About IJQRM I didn't pay any money? Why??? I did not know so do you think I should not say in my CV and SoP? How about international journal of human resource management? I want to register a new article in IJHRM? Please help me!? XanthusARES in your opinion, these articles influence in my acceptance or not? If not, what criteria I must improve?????????????

1. yes i'm Iranian. i know that things like that do not have any relation with research, but i think can influence committee that want to evaluate candidate(or may be not!!!:miserable:) 2. yes english journals, i think as an MBA graduate(who likes research:)) writing and publishing article in journals like international journal of quality and reliability management (IJQRM) not bad you say that these articles do not play any role??????????? 3. my research interest are compensation and personnel economics, not a phd in personnel economics!!! research fit,yes, is the most important, but if it was clear (ok research fit), do my profile fit with those preferred school? 4.
