Yet to give TOEFL.Did my undergraduate study at above average college in India and secured 71.1% in Computer Science Engineering.I have a work experience of 2+ years.No research papers published.Which are the best universities in US i can get into for pursuing MS in machine learning.Thanks

hi, I am wondering whats the best way to attempt a Argument Analysis essay. In case of Argumentative essay, is it required to elaborate both "for" and "against" the topic and then take sides in the forth coming paragraphs? or one should state his/her opinion in the introduciton part itself and proceed with that opinion only?
