  1. I would like to apply to the top masters programs in Canada (UofT, UBC, Queens, and possibly Western). I am not sure if my math marks and lack of research experience (at present) will pose serious problems. Also please note the highest mark you can receive at my school is an A. PROFILE: Type of Undergrad: One of the top Canadian schools Undergrad GPA: 3.65 overall GRE: 160V+165Q+4W Math Courses: Calculus 1 (A), Calculus 2 (B-), Calculus 3 (A-), Linear Algebra (B+), Econ Stats I&2 (B+) Econ Courses (undergrad-level): Micro 1&2 (A-) Macro 1&2 (A) Econ Development (A) International Economics (A) Current Economic Issues (A-) LORs: not sure yet. No research experience at present so probably just econ professors in whose classes I've done well and they know who I am/been to a few office hours/know I'm interested in grad school. Research Experience: none Teaching Experience: none Research Interests: SOP: Assume it will be decent, nothing exceptional. I am generally a good writer. Concerns: The B- in calc 2 and overall mediocre math grades. No research experience, but I am not a senior and will hopefully find a research position. I haven't completed econometrics yet and I know this is an important course for admissions so please excuse me for submitting a profile eval without it. I am just looking to get a general idea at this stage. Thank you
