Hello, From your question, "If x+/x/+y=7 and x+/y/-y=6, then x+y= ?" NB: /Modulus/ I don't understand that what does /x/ mean (Modulus ?). So I made an assumption that /x/ means |x| or absolute x. And my answer is x = 4 and y = -1. Hence, x+y = 3.
