Hi knok, Now, I found you on web. I believe you are completely right. NABP must have something with ETS. In Canada and Autralia, all most of foreign pharmacists (99%) do not take TOEFL IBT for their licenses. Most of them take IELTS. I do not think that they have any problem to communicate with their patients. Why does NABP force us to take TOEFL ibt? All of the Foreign pharmacists should think about that.

Hi albanna, I understand that you are so upset ETS because they score so strickly. I lost my confidence to take the toefl test too. But, can we do something to make our situation better? Can we call all of foreign pharmacists to submit the letter to fpgee to add one more English, like IELTS so we will have more change to pass English. We try to collect evidences to show fpgee that toefl fail people, so we can ask fpgee to change something. Is it ok? I hope all of pharmacists need to do somethings before their fpgee is expired. A lot of pharmacists are so upset about ETS. We just complain on the web or try to accept suffering, but we do nothing with ETS and FPGEE. Are there any one taking a real action to let them know? I hope all of the foreign pharmacists need to think about that. This is our future.

So, you think we are impossible to get 26 in speaking toefl. But, it is not fair. We have been using so much time for both toefl and fpgee. I have been taking toefl tests almost five years. But I still can not pass the speaking session ( 26 score). I do not know why? I got other cores so well. I do not know because of my accent, pronunciation or what else ( I have been taking noteful, private tutors and many courses) I really lost my confidence to take the toefl test again.
