Interested in applied micro (i.e. education or health). Any insights on why one over the other? which one is better overall and for each field (education and health)?
Thanks!
Are you waitlisted at Maryland? I haven't heard anything from them, but I have a friend who was already rejected. I'm confused about my situation, because they already sent priority waitlists, regular waitlists and rejections.
Do you think programs like UNC, UIUC, Ohio are better than Georgetown? as is suggested by the ranking
I am confused, I thought Georgetown was somewhere between top 15-25, and that UNC was a top 40-50.
Thanks for your comment!
Do you think UNC is really a top 30 program? I have my doubts, since the US news and World Report 2017 Economics Ranking rank UNC over Georgetown, which is ranked as a top 50 program.
Is it UNC considered better than Georgetown? (I'm asking because I thought that UNC was a weaker program and Georgetown was a stronger program than a top 50)
