So... 1.A - automobiles. Look at "them". Since you can't change "them" to "it" you should replace "automobile" with "automobiles" 2.B - all that was required. Hmmmm I can't really explain why.:( Maybe you need something like subject and that is why you can't choose A, which starts with verb. In C "that" cannot be used because you have "for" after the blank. And I defenately can't explain why not D but it sounds really funny!!! Try to read the whole sentence with all possible answer and you'll se that something is wrong! Success!

You're right!!!It needs a subject but not a verb!!! The verb in the sentence is form (meaning that the Great Divide is formed by the Rocky Mountains). I read the whole passage carefully and go back to the passage every question!!! Here are some of the errors i made and can't understand! Astronomers have measured the abundance of helium throughout our galaxy and in other galaxies as well. Helium has been found In old stars, in relatively young ones, in interstellar gas, and in the distant objects known as quasars. Helium nuclei have also been found to be constituents of cosmic rays that fall on the earth (cosmic "rays" are not really a form of radiation; they consist of rapidly moving particles of numerous different kinds).
