turns out they had already notified the accepted students who received fellowships. i was not among them. so if any of you waiting to receive funding have not heard from the department it means you haven't been awarded fellowships. :upset::upset:

Did others hear back from the Economics PhD at SUNY Binghamton? If so, did they release information on fellowships??
