check out my reasoning and correct me if i´m wrong: From the original statement we know that 50% have blue eyes and blond hair. Statement I says that 70% have blond hair.From this we can find that only 20% have blond hair and only 30% have blue eyes,thus 1 is sufficient.

I agree with sunilbhat,that lines don't intersect doesn't mean that they are parallel.A is insufficient. I´m not sure about B.The slope of line L could be positive or negative. I think OA is E. can anyone help?
