A,B are unidiomatic. C has a modifier error and seems to change the meaning Closing on between D and E ,E seems undiomatic on the selling of on credit so chose D. although not very convinced if the usage in deciding is correct. I thought by deciding would be more suitable, howevere the best answer is D. Pls revert
