Hi Kollumurthy, As per my knowledge, you can take NAPLEX Exam from Texas Board as long as you have SSN. Correct me if I am wrong. As I got the e-mail reply from Lisa and she said that you cannot apply from Texas Board if you do not have SSN.

Hi fftb, First of all congratulations for passing your fpgee. In my opinion, you should wait for your FPGEE Certificate. It will just take one and half month to get the certificate. In the mean time, you prepared all your documents needed for intern license and once you get your fpgee, you appliled for Intern license in CA board. Even you applied rightnow, without certificate, you will not get the license so why don't you just wait for certificate and then apply for intern license. Actually, I did not get my intern license yet. I got my H1B this year. So I am waiting for my SSN. Once I get the work permit and SSN, I will apply for my Intern License. Right now, I have deficiency letter from CA board that I do not have SSN and so they cannot issue me the Intern license. Good luck:tup:

Hi fftb, Well, first of all, did you cleared all your exams including toefl and tse or toefl ibt? Well, California board will accept your application without certificate but they are not going to issue INTERN LICENSE until you submit your FPGEE Certificate. They will send you the deficiency letter asking about submiting your ceritificate. once you submit your certificate, then they will issue the intern license for CA. Hi snow8, Well i get the receipt no from my lawyer and i cheked it online from uscis websit and it says that my case is received and pending and they also mention the date which is 04/13/07. If you are selected then, date will be the 04/13/07. I hope it will help you Good luck
