The other question I have is that I can understand almost 99%+ of the conversations but I have hard time remembering it. so technically I can get the max score in listening very easily but the memorization is a big constraint. any suggestions?

Can you pause a recording while taking notes? Can you listen the same recording twice? Thanks in advance.
