Yes, I guess many of us would be in similar situation. It's especially difficult for the ones who graduated from developing country programs; providing reliable signals to adcom is quite hard with such profiles.

Aren't decisions a bit late this year? Could it be that there are more applications this year?

The deadline is over. I don't think they have a wait list concept too. It was accept or reject in 8 weeks, right?
