Does anyone know how to communicate in GC?

I'm also on the waitlist in this program, and they didn't tell me my position on the waitlist. (I didn't ask them either.) I'm not sure about the chance of getting off the waitlist there, and I was also wondering how competitive the applied econ admissions are. It seems that the admissions of econ-related programs have become harder and harder these years. Anyway, I hope you can get admitted there.

I haven’t heard from BU. I think some of us on this forum are in the same boat. I don’t know whether it is an implicit waitlist, but I decide not to be so optimistic given that the amount of rejections on GC seems not high enough to make the inference. The only thing we could do might be waiting and hope BU will let us know soon. And, of course, I hope we all could heard back and get good news from them soon. We’ll see.

I haven't heard from UIUC, BU, and UVA. Does anyone have information from these schools? Besides, does anyone know when Rice will release the decision after the interview? And, does anyone have insights about the chance of getting off the waitlist in UW Madison Applied Econ? Thank you all very much! Hope everyone get good news soon!
