Economics. For more context, I am already in a North American PhD Economics program. However, I am pulling out of my program because the department only has expertise in micro related areas and my research interest is in macro. Because I have done a few years in the program already, I simply want to get back to work but still complete a PhD thesis on some macroeconomics issue. Therefore, I am trying to find a decent research program that can accommodate an industry professional. Thank you.

Hello, everyone Please, I am looking for a decent PhD research program in Europe, Australia or North America (I doubt the North America part, but who knows). I prefer an English speaking country or at least, the program should be in English. I prefer to be able to complete the program remotely or largely part-time. I prefer a Macro program. Kind suggestions of programs that fit these descriptions will be appreciated. Thank you.
