  1. I recommend talking to the DGS over the phone if you can to get a sense of how guaranteed the funding is.
  2. If it's better, take it! Not your fault you didn't know your choice set until after the deadline.
  3. If 1. You can reasonably comfortably fund your first year with scholarships 2. They can guarantee you funding from the second year onward 3. You're reasonably confident you will pass qualifying exams, and 4. This is your top choice, then I'd say go for it! Make sure you get #2 in writing though.
  4. Michigan and BU sent over 100 first round offers, so I think it depends on the school.
  5. Just rejected Toronto. Good luck to those still waiting!
  6. What are your fields of interest? Did you visit either school?
  7. Could someone with an offer from Penn please share some information with me? Have they had their visit day? If so, what was it like? What's the funding like? DM me if you don't want to share it here!
  8. Madison's visit day is April 5th, so expect things to move a little bit after then.
  9. If it's funded, I think you have a good shot! Must mean the waitlist is short.
  10. Visit day is April 5th, so expect to hear shortly after. Though they did interview a lot of people (3-4 times the number of slots ~in the program~), so I'm not sure if they'll send offers to interviewees or look for an entirely new pool of admits.
  11. Interviewed early last week, got an offer about a week after interviewing. Pure econ, not the joint business program.
  12. Interviewed with Wisconsin, was made an offer.
