I’d say top 10-15 offer over the top 2 predoc. I personally know of people who are predocs at top 5 who are having trouble getting offers. Moreover, with the way the market is going, I think the noise in admissions is only going to increase in the future.

I think it's IR for anyone who hasn't been notified yet. I know someone in the MORS group, and visit day is coming Monday.
