BU just sent me an email saying that I'm "among a handful of people at the very top" of their WL, but the WL may not move until April 15 and the movement will depend on field of interest... I'm also waitlisted by some top10~top15 programs, and my current best offer is from PSU. Could anyone give me some advice on how to choose between BU and PSU if I want to do applied micro and IO, and if it's worth (or safe) to wait until the last moment for those waitlisted programs?

FYI: I heard some acquaintance just received a rejection from Berkeley. Seems another wave of rejections is coming…

Anyone has any info about the procedure/timeline of PSU and/or UW? They seem to have released some acceptances already... Should I take it as IR if having not received any notification so far?
