Hi I got a letter from NABP just now,the letter says, AS A rewsult of the review of the language requirements for FPGEC certification program,the NABP has announced modifications to the requirements effective AUG 5th,2005. The NABP Executive committee has approved the elimination of the two year time expiration of the TSE,TOEFLand the FPGEE scores.There will no longer be a two year time limit on the length of validity of an official score reportfor either the TOEFL or TSE recieved by NABP.In addition there will no longer be a two year time limit on validity of a candidate's last passing fpgee score. And the minimal accepatable scores for FPGEC of new TOEFL iBT are writing-24,speaking-26,listing-18,reading-21. They accept either TOEFL and TSE(50) or TOEFL iBT. Tey will not accept IELTS as an alternative to the TOEL/TSE OR TOEFL iBT for the FPGEC. I hope this change will help all of us. Good luck anitha

I applied for rescoring on july 11th,and after 3 weeks I called ETS and asked for status,she told me that my score has changed and they mailed the new score on AUG 1st,and I recieved it on AUG 4th,by god's grace I am so lucky,I got 50 in my rescoring.I don't know about the letter but I have recieved only new score report and they never charged to my card.
