Don't stay in a job where you feel uninspired unless you have unavoidable financial obligations or visa issues. You are wasting precious time of your life. Apply for a school this Fall and take recommendations from your current company. Then quit. This is what I would do.

I will not spend time detailing test experience and preparations - refer to Grey and TwinnSplitter's posts! If people have specific questions I will be happy to answer. I am not quite sure how my scores are - it will be great if you could suggest what schools to pick. Can I still apply in top tier schools W/H/S? I have engineering degrees - bachelors and masters - from top schools. 4 years of job experience in a Fortune 100 company.

Hi Security - You have been active on this forum and have answered questions well. You definitely deserved a higher score. GMAT is just one part of the application and let's hope other parts of your application will strengthen it and overcome the effect of GMAT scores.
