Why people put emphasis on role models instead of making their own decision. First, those who are taken as models are all successful people or at least people whose life is happy enough to make others admire. No one would take a poor failed guy as a model. People want to have the fame and money their models have. People want to lead a happy life as their models do. They have a role model as their goal. Second, it is much easier to follow others than making one's decision. As they role a successful person as their model, they think to follow what their models do will not lead to failures. On the contrary, to make one's own decision will take pains to judge one's situations and weigh the advantages and disadvantages of different choices. It is much easier to copy others. However, to live a better life one cannot copy others. Instead, they should focus on their own situations and make their own decisions. People must be aware that the brilliant life their models have may do not suitable to them. They should not take others as their goals. They can set goals as to earn a certain amount of money or to own a small company according to their situations and interests. give me some advice thank you Some people think that anyone can make things more complex and bigger. However, making things as simple as possible needs real effort and courage. Personaly, I cannot agree with such an opinion. To make things more complex or simpler cannot be a standard to judge how much effort and courage should be spend. Sometimes to make things bigger needs more effort, while in some cases to simplify things also requires no less effort than to make things bigger. What needs more effort is that after things are simplified or made more complex, is that they run better than before. If things can be better after being made bigger and complex, more effort and courage is required. Take the food shop for example. A shop owner runs a food shop in a community. As foods in the shop are fresh and the prices are acceptable, the shop can run well. If the shop owner wants to open more shops in other communities even in other states, to run them well and to earn more money are more difficult. The shop owner must put more effort to solve problems as to understand what kinds of food are needed in different communities, to deal with longer way of transportation and to face competetion from more kinds of rivals in different states. If the shop owner wants to enlarge his or her shop to a global chain shop, then more complex and difficult things he or she must take pains to cope. The same as to make things bigger. If one wants to make things run well after simpify them, much efforts are needed. For example, when we solve a mathmatic problem, we have many ways to find answers. However, some are complex while some are simple. To use a simpler method needs one to use his or her brain more and sometime needs a better grasp of knowledge. In sum, what makes people spend more effort and courage is not to make things become bigger or simpler but to make them better.

Turning to economy, competition of companies activates economic market, and hence benefits the society. In order to acquire more profit, companies will do there best to reduce cost, increase productivity and provide new product or services. This effort, for one thing, saves total material and energy consumption of society, for another thing, improves living quality of social members. Opponentswould say that, competitions betweenfor example, two adjacent shopping-centers by means of a price-cutting maneuver will definitely harm both competitors.
