Hi,
I took the GMAT in February and scored 590, it was 550 before in January. I interviewed at one of the schools I applied to yesterday and the Admissions Officer recommended me to retake the GMAT. If I score 640 (on April 29th is my new appointment I just made) I will most likely be admitted. I can work fulltime to prepare for that day.
I made the 2 1/2 week Bootcamp in Manhattan in September '04 so I have all the basic knowledge.
I am going crazy - I learned so much for the GMAT and I am doing well during preperation but when It comes to the real test my score is under 600. I never scored better using the pp, too. There must be some fatal mistakes I do preparing for the GMAT since I can solve even the hardest questions when I have enough time (about 3 1/2 minutes).
This is what I did: all seven issues of Manhattan GMAT (very good by the way), the ETS book, Kaplan, Kaplan crack the 800. My math and verbal level is pretty much equal.
What can I do??
Clemens
