Hi all, If I am joining school as an Upper Division Junior, should he I-20 specify that or will it just mention Undergraduate. If it does mention Undergraduate then it complicates things for me as the duration of the program is 5 years, as opposed to the Upper Division Junior which is approxametly 2 years. Please share your thoughts with me, as this will change my financial sponsorhsip and make it tough for me. And also how many years do I have to show the funding for?? Thanks

I will be applying for my F1 visa shortly. I was told by my friends that I should not mention that I have a brother in the US as that would hurt my chances of getting a visa, as the visa officials would consider me a potential immigrant. Is this true?? Please help - I am very confused.

Hello, In order to qualify for graduate studies at a particular school I need to complete a certain amount of units as an Upper division undergrad student. Once completed I can apply for grad school. What do you suggest I tell the visa official as to why I am not completeing the undergrad work in my own country? Do you forsee any other potential questions that I might be asked.
