Hi guys, I took Naplex last monday and I hafe a very wired feeling the test wasn't too hard ...( so maybe I didn't do so good) I was so afraid to take it and when I was there and so my questions I was kind of sorprise.... some of the questions were: Side eefects of amiodarone side effects of prednisone why a drug category b pregnancy asthma acccording to severity pick a treatment diabetes insulins clear or milky HIV fusion inhibitors calculations no too hard when I remember more I'll posted Good luck guys and wish me luck too....

I don't remember that they ask me any structures of antibiotics...so relax and if the do will be the generals of aech groups...also try to see bacterias that they use for genetics I remember couple questions about this....like E coli, gram + and -....that exam use very unusuall so it may be different

Ok let me try to explain ...for example look the difference between morphine and codeine how you make it less adictive or stronger....identify the diabetics ones like gliburyde and metformin and recognize them and identify between many of them and say the side effecs....you have to know how you'll make a moiety more hydrofilic or lipophilic...that all I remember. Make sure you look every single graph also and their formulas...ph graphs...make sure you review a lot about managment and also very important marketing... I took the examn las december, they did asked for a lot of them but are the ones in shargel....the important ones are the Diabetes, morphine, antibiotics, ANSAID, and steroids, hormones just the rings and the difference between then Good Luck to you!!! Cbinci
