So, I think I should select South Carolina(moore) bcos I could have an opportunity to study a third language(Chinese) and intern in China around 18 months. This is the good match for my goal without concerning Ranking. However, I still havn't refused T-bird since it is 1st in IB for 10 years and I can graduate within one and a half year as you said.
