Reading: 24  I need a essay of 5.0+..Otherwise my grade will be below 250..and my admission for university will be decline. Can someone tell me around how many mistake I did for structure??
  6. How about this (question 1): What is the difference between "It is" and "is" ...I realise I have fallen into TOEFL's trap a couple of times because of it. example I can think of is: When is not ask or When it is not ask :hmm: And this (question 2): What is the difference between "of" and "in" This 2 buddies always seems confuse me to death:blush: . I have absoloutly no idea when to use what. example: of which and in which. I can't point out the difference  or as in and as of
  7. I was wondering, there are four answers choices per reading question. Does the answer go by: 2 bad answers and 2 good answers where one of the good answer is better than the other?.. If so, the point of the exercice is to distinguish the "best" answer out of two..which is much harder than I initially thought O.o~
  8. is it just me, or instead of "mojor" is "major" and "indead" is "indeed"..because I have no idea if those words exist. If they do, can someone tell me what they mean?
  9. thx thx~ Is the idea and organization correct? Because I tihnk that count for alot too :hmm:
  10. Think of the most interesting class you have ever taken. Why did you enjoy this class so much? Use specific reasons and details to explain your answer. (took this off PowerPrep) The most interesting class I've ever taken is no doubt Calculus. Although calculus is a subject feared by many students, I enjoyed every second of the class time. I like it mainly because the way my teacher teaches, the subject itself and the sense of accomplishment after passing the class. Before taking Calculus, I already have a particular interest in math relating subject. However, because I am not very talented in this field, my marks are not proportional to the amount of time I spent on studying. The teacher I took for Calculus, Nancy, have show me a new point of view toward this matter. Every bit of my effort is shown to her. Since participation in her class motivation counts for alot, I was able to get a good mark in her class. She is also very helpful. She spend most of her free time in her office helping her students. From there, I got alot of fundemental explanations to better understand the concept of Calculus. She is the root of my motivaiton for Math. I like Math because it is different from other class. Every answer have a logical theory to prove it. There is no "unlogical" nor "unverify" answers. Since I like to understand the concept more than the problem itself, math is the perfect subject for me to explore. Calculus is indeed a hard subject, in order to get a good mark, it consume alot of my personal free time. However, those sacrifices are paid off toward the end of the semester. The sense of accomplishment and the feeling of triumph have enhance my love toward this class. The most memorable class as well as my favorite class I've ever taken is calculus. The time spent on mastering the concept was definitely hard to endure, however the results are extraordinay. I don't think there will ever be a class that can grave such a strong memory to my mind. I need a 5.0...The last essay I did in TOEFL is 4.5..=(~ Can someone help me by showing my mistakes  ? I need it badly in order to get accept in university. My future depends on it !!! :yuck:
  11. wow..thx thx~ that really help to clear my thought ^^

  13. Ohhh I see, so technically, in clause, "That is and Which is" have the same function:hmm: ? Which means I can use either one of them to complete the sentence??
