timmiracle Posted April 20, 2014 Share Posted April 20, 2014 Hi everyone, I got an F1 visa to do my PhD in the US last year and both my kids were given F2 visas, however my husbands F2 visa was delayed. So I went to the US with both my kids, stayed there for almost a month, while my husband's visa was still not issued. I couldnt manage alone so I withdrew from the program and deferred my admission to the next year and came back home. This year, the same University is not giving me funding so I got admitted to another one with funding. Meanwhile, my husband withdrew his F2 application and then reapplied fo a business visa which was issued to him. So now my question is whether my visa and my kids visas are still valid or do we need to re-apply and get new visas for this year? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
