vlsiguy Posted April 3, 2006 Share Posted April 3, 2006 Hi everyone, I was just wondering what your opinions are on PhD ECE programs at Cornell and CMU... I have been accepted to both with full aid. I would be working in the area of computer architecture and VLSI. My visit to CMU was really great....there was nothing to complain about really. Both schools have professors who'd i'd work with...CMU has a really strong computer engineering group..Cornell is an ivy league institution (should i care about that??)
