zymeth02
For any non-negative integer x, let x$ = x-1. a and b are non-negative integers. col a: (a-b)$ col b: a$-b My answer is D because if a But the answer is C. a-b-1 = a-1-b. It ignored the possibility of a being less than b. Shouldn't this be wrong??

rigzin
Even when I first tried the question, I thought it was 'c'. But then if I were to go by the defined function, then it seems like the answer is 'd'. Please guys explain this and get us of this dilemma. Thanks.
