If you took your test in India or anywhere outside of U.S. it will take 6-8 weeks. 5 to 6 weeks for the score and 1 to 2 weeks for the mail out from U.S. Plus there are holidays and end of the year rush, you will be lucky to get the score by end of Dec or more likely early Jan.
