I truly believe that CPR is not the best book nowaday to prepare for NAPLEX, the book was probably great before 2005 but and until proven wrong, I think you're better off with the APhA book and A&L because of the profiles in the latter book.
Concerning study plan, I would say: start with something you really enjoy studying, in my case I loved the calculation part. In that way you will not get easily discouraged and slowly introduce HIV, Asthma, HTN, Antibiotics, Diabetes, cholesterol drugs, blood thinning drugs, OTC including herbals.... it's really up to you, I am just making suggestions here, nobody has the magic key to success, only hard work pays.
