He there! Could you help me with some question? I found 6 Universities to which I want to apply and each one requires three recommendation letters. Does it mean that each professor must sign the letter for every university I chose? Or there can be just print copies of signed ones? The same situation with transcripts of my diploma...

Hi guys! Would you help me with my question? I consider myself as "normal" man :) I mean that I was an average student. My GPS is just 3.32... (I`ve also written a few articles during my education). My English is not as good as most people have here :) I recently took my first TOEFL exam and it was just 230. Now I am thinking about MS in CS degree at some American University. I understand that it must be the university > top 100...So, could you tell me the universities that would be good for me? You call these universities like "safe" :) btw, Actually I have not took the GRE exam yet. Is it necessary for all universities? The closest test center is about 1000 km away from the place where I live (Siberia) and it is difficult to reach there :)
