i don't agree with roborob. the question is: what fraction of the students who graduate with honors are transfer students? in the first scenario, u have 15/25 in the second scenario, u have 30/50. I think that the answer is B. The only doubt is that the text ask the fraction and not the percentage. Obviously in two scenarios the percentage is the same; i think that also the fraction is the same (that is 3/5), but the answer seems to suggest that we don't have to normalize it. Mauro

A is not correct. If c=3, we hace b=3*4*5, that is not multiple of 24. If c=24, b is obviously multiple of 24. E is the correct answer.
